Apple Chili

I mixed of my fall favorites; sparkling from the orchard apples, and a hearty bowl of chili and got here up with this recipe I call,

Apple Chili.

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen a picture I posted of some beautiful freshly picked orchard apples.

I clearly received a bushel of apples in an auction over the summer and were ready patiently for them to be ready so I should move choose them up.

I went with 1/2 bushel of golden delicious and half bushel of crimson scrumptious.

Don't know how much is a bushel?...I didn't either.... well it's the size of  two refrigerator drawers :)

And as you could see we adore apples at our residence.

We like to put the Lighthouse apple cider inside the freezer for a couple of hours, simply to get it slushy.... So scrumptious.

We additionally love our Angry Orchard hard cider.

Apples are a fall favored for me.

Which brings us to my recipe for Apple Chili.
