Barbecue Grilled Chicken Sandwhich

I hope everyone had a great weekend.  We had the most beautiful spring weather here.  Sunny skies and a cool breeze.  I think we ate every single meal outside.

This recipe couldn't be easier and it's a perfect meal to add to your dinner rotation now that the weather is nicer.  I actually grilled my chicken inside on a grill pan but this would be pretty awesome on a real grill.  It's fresh and filling and perfect al fresca fare.

I honestly pre-season my meat with special blends and grape seed oil after which freeze so it is nice and flavorful by the point I'm geared up to defrost and cook dinner.
