Easy $6 Pocket Pillows
I made these pillows for simply 6 bucks a chunk and desired to share them with you today.
As you may remember, I have them in my living room, which I shared not long ago HERE.
I started off with more than one popular length mattress pillows from Wal-mart, which cost best 3 dollars. Normal throw pillow inserts value plenty greater than that, plus I like my throw pillows to be on the bigger facet.
I then picked up a few lovable material from Craft Warehouse.
For those pillows you will need half of backyard, which I bought those for 3 dollars each.
I also picked up some quilters quarters (seen folded) that I concept I'd also add, however selected not to in the long run.

But due to the fact these are so clean, I concept I'd just re-percentage it again.
The quality part approximately pocket pillows is that there are no zippers, Velcro, buttons or hand sewing involved.
All you need is cloth and a sewing gadget.
The first issue you need to do is hem the quick aspects.
Fold (and iron if you wish, i did not) 1/2 inch pin and sew. Make sure to have the right side of the fabric facing down.
Do this to both facets.
Next find the center of your pillow, mark and pin it.
Now fold one aspect over ( the front facing in ) 2 half of inches past your middle mark. Pin into place.
Repeat on the alternative aspect, once more 2 1/2 inches beyond the center mark.
Now you are going to sew a 1/2 inch hem down both long sides of the fabric.
Once it's far all sewn, you will want to internal it out.
It must then appear like this:
.And ultimately, stuff your pillow into the open slit of your new pillow cowl.
(I iron mine earlier than I inserted the pillows)
Mine did not turn out perfect, they kinda even slop a bit in the middle, but I think they look just great on my couch and my boys even told me that they are super comfy.
