Striped Taper Candles | Hattan Home
I received the cutest striped candlesticks from Hattan Home a few weeks ago. Not only were they packaged so festively, but they are even cuter in person than I anticipated. I selected the wasabi green + mint because I knew those were colors I'm focusing on adding to our downstairs. These striped tapers are a fun update on the traditional, pretty much right up my alley.
I had so much fun styling with them! I added them to the family room, living room, and dining room. I think they look good everywhere but I'm guessing they'll stay in the dining room for a while. If Wells ever goes back to school (really another snow day today) I might even try them out in the kitchen. Because they are gorgeous!
A mantle or buffet feels the most traditional use for candlesticks with taper candles. I like the fresh feel the stripes give to an other wise traditional area. And it sneaks in some color without being all in your face, which y'all know I like.
I honestly love them in every space. They add just the right amount of height to visually balance a vignette without obstructing too much white space. I'm going to need more. This is obvious.
What about you? What's your favorite spot for the taper candles? Do you decorate with candlesticks some where other than a mantle or in the dining room. Also, do you actually use them? I'm going to have a really hard time actually taking a match to these pretties!
