Cereal box Magazine holder
Using empty cereal packing containers I created some adorable mag holders.
These are so smooth to make and they look superb sitting on a shelf.
-A Large Cereal Box.
-2 12x12 sheets of ornamental paper (2 for 1 box)
-Mod Podge
-Scissors
-Ruler
To make, first reduce off the top of the cereal container, then the use of a ruler draw a line throughout the box (I left three inches on pinnacle and four 1/4 on side) cut out. Use reduce off piece as a template for the opposite aspect.
Trace Cereal box onto decorative paper, reduce out then Mod Podge on. (use guidelines on box)
Note: Let an inch of the the paper grasp over the rims of the box, that is so you can fold it over like a present on the bottom of the box, I used some of the left over paper and positioned inside the center, to fill inside the gap.
I assume they grew to become out absolutely cute, but the problem with these ones is they don't truly suit a magazine in them. I think the economy is making our cereal boxes cut back.
It does however suit payments truely properly.
