In mid-October I wrote a sequence of posts dedicated to the geology of the sorts of natural stone that turn out to be being made into kitchen counters. I ought to have pulled down one in all them to re-edit it sooner or later, because I just learned that my put up from 14 October has been missing from my data all this time.
