Southwest Stir-Fry

And I understand a number of y'all are as nicely.
More sparkling and much less processed ingredients.
Matthew cooked a fajita style dinner Saturday night that changed into so tasty I begged him to make it once more on Sunday.
It is so flavorful and I know y'all will like it too.
Since the entire world seems to be called domestic because of the snow I notion I'd publish this yummy recipes so one can strive out with your greater loose time.
Ingredients:
black beans
crimson pepper (julienned or reduce into strips)
onion (julienned or reduce into strips) crimson or yellow will work
fresh cilantro (chopped)
limes (quartered)
chook breasts (cut into strips)
brown rice or salad blend
clean salsa (lime juice, orange juice, diced tomato, purple onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro)
*We used clean salsa from the grocery shop as opposed to making to save time*
grill the break up onion and crimson pepper on a non-stick grill pan

Remove grilled vegetables from the pan and area on a side dish

Add bird, onions, and red pepper to a large saute pan

until very well heated and blended
In a sauce pan, add black beans, fresh salsa and clean chopped cilantro
Bring to a boil
simmer on Low
till the beans are cooked
Squeeze your fresh cut limes all over the whole lot
Sprinkle with cilantro
Option 1: cook brown rice according to directions and serve with the black bean mixture

Option 2: eliminate the rice and serve over shredded lettuce, salad style
