I need a brave volunteer
Fabric on Demand, whom I wrote about on Friday , has offered to print up a sample for me to show how their process works. All I need is an idea and they will turn it into a fabric pattern. Pretty cool and it's an offer I can't wait to take advantage of.
So before I provide you with something by myself, I thought I'd throw this available to all of you. Anybody need to peer some thing of theirs was a cloth pattern?
All I need is a .Jpg, .Tiff, .Bmp, .Jpeg, .Tif, .Png, .Psd document of eight megabytes or less and I'll deal with the relaxation. You can draw some thing by hand and experiment it, you can draw some thing in Illustrator or some other drawing software or you could manage a photo. It does not be counted beyond the fact that it'll end up as a pattern, so think of a small example that may be repeated in a sample.
Here's a sample of some finished fabric Fabric on Demand sent me this afternoon. This design started off as a single image of a peacock feather and will end up a dress for somebody. It's pretty cool all around.
If I cannot discover a brave volunteer via Wednesday, I'll bang some thing out myself. There appears to be quite a few interest in this procedure, so I idea I'd put it out there. Thanks!
