More modern baths
I'm turning into the busy dressmaker guy all the sudden. Believe me once I let you know that that is a maximum welcome development. I do not want to place a hex on anything I have occurring now, however I'm coming out of the worst two quarters of my profession. Go discern, I did the least quantity of commercial enterprise I can don't forget however the commercial enterprise I did do was the satisfactory I've ever produced. There's a lesson there someplace and a few day, no longer nowadays, I'll cross back and figure out what that lesson is.
But inside the period in-between, I actually have a whole lot of work to do. Woo hoo!
I supplied some other rest room design as part of a much large project the opposite day and I like the course it's headed in. This is yet any other cutting-edge layout for a small-ish powder room. There's a separate water closet so the primary a part of the room is a rectangle it really is most effective 3 toes huge and 6-and-a-1/2 toes deep. Since it's a powder room there is no real need to keep something in there so I want to preserve it as open as I can.
Here's the actual lavatory I'm specifying. It's the Block from LaCava. This lavatory will hang on the wall directly with a mirror right above it. I'm looking for an oval mirror about 30" wide and 18" tall. Anybody have a source? I've drawn the shape I want, now I just need to find one.
The wall behind the rest room may be covered from ground to ceiling with either this glass mosaic,
or this one. Both patterns are from Mirage Glass Tiles in New York.
I understand I need a translucent glass tile due to the fact I need to make this powder room sense larger than it is. Between the critically pared down bathroom and the translucent glass on the wall, this room's going to experience like it's ten ft deep in place of six-and-a-half of. The floors are going to be extensive plank, clean maple. Again, my goal here is to be expansive and mild while staying actual to a contemporary aesthetic. I say I'm properly on my manner. Boy oh boy is it proper to be busy.
