The US Department of the Interior just announced that it's reopening the crown of the Statue of Liberty on July 4th, 2009. It's been closed because the national nightmare of September eleventh, 2001. The crown turned into closed at the beginning because it's nearly not possible to evacuate it inside the event of an emergency. In order to deal with whatever eventualities arise, visitors can be restrained to ten at a time and there can be a lottery held to decide the lucky ten, three instances an hour.
