Meal Planning Made Simple: Week Six

I can not believe I've been cooking constantly for 6 weeks now!

I'm not going to lie, there have been a few nights that involved take-out or leftovers instead of sticking with the menu.  But overall, it's amazing how much more organized and confidant I feel in the kitchen now.  Like anything, practice builds confidence which leads to enjoyment.  I think I actually fell into the side of liking to cook.  Yes, I actually enjoy it.
