Liam, my 5 year old, starts Kindergarten tomorrow.  I'm not sure who is more excited about it, him or me!  I say that completely joking, I'm guaranteed to shed a few tears over it.

I have found the Perfect Breakfast Muffin.

It can be eaten on the run if there's no time for a sit-down breakfast.

They are full of good natural ingredients, plus they are fun for kids to make as well.

The Recipe starts offevolved off with a bowl of cereal.

It may be any sort of bran flakes or wheat Chex.

I've used frosted wheat.

It simply wishes to be a cereal that gets soggy in milk.
