FRIDAY!
It's Friday Friday Friday!!!! We have such a fun and busy weekend planned! My cousin is in town from L.A. and bringing her two little children over for a play date. The kids only see each other about once every year or so but they always pick right up and play so well together. This afternoon my in-laws arrive for the weekend and then we are headed to an Easter Party at my good friend's house. Tomorrow we have Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and then an afternoon Egg Hunt at Dover Hall. Saturday night Easter Dinner. Sunday is Church, Egg Hunt, and then off to my parents house for a giant family Easter Celebration. It's going to be exhausting but awesome.
On to my Friday Five!
1. Blue Art Prints
I found the prettiest art prints on Minted recently and I wanted to share them with you. I want to start sharing more art on here. It's such an important layer in our homes and it can really make a major impact. I love the serene hues in the pieces above. But they're strong paintings. They invoke a calm determination for me. What about you?
2. Blue & White Table
I've been obsessing over this pretty table setting ever since spying it again last week. Check out the full party details and more gorgeous pictures of this ladies luncheon here. I've been on the search for a tablecloth like this but it looks like I'm just going to have to make one.
3. Interior Paint Colors
I've started organizing the paint colors we've used in our house. There are a few rooms that I want to paint and I thought it would be helpful for me to see what we already have and love and visualize how a new color might work with that scheme. Is this something that y'all are interested in as well? Would you be interested in a post discussing my favorite paint colors and my process for selecting them?
4. Easter Desserts
I'm obsessed with these cute little Easter Bunny Cupcakes! Tutorial here.
Simple Bunny Cake tutorial found here.5. Paddington Bear Party
My sister threw my nephew Teddy the cutest Paddington Bear Party a few weeks ago for his second Birthday! It is seriously so cute! It was perfect timing with the movie coming out but it's just so nice to see such a sweet and classic theme. I grew up reading Paddington. My dad loved him as a child and shared that with us. I'm so glad he's still going strong for a new generation!
Well that's all I've got for you right now friends. I hope everyone has an awesome Easter Weekend!
