Cantaloupe & Cucumber Coleslaw
I suppose all people we recognize who has a garden this summer time has shared with us their super bounty.
At the instant we're blessed with plenty of cantaloupe and cucumbers.
That is how I happened this scrumptious Coleslaw recipe.
The Cantaloupe, by the way, It's the most delicious, flavored, cantaloupe I have ever eaten. I'm not usually a huge fan of cantaloupe, but Oh my, I can't get enough of this one.
So for my Coleslaw I started with a Coleslaw kit, which this one has it is personal package deal of dressing with it, ( despite the fact that I also added 1/2 cup of mayo to it.) Otherwise I would have used my very own recipe, listed underneath.
Cantaloupe & Cucumber Coleslaw
1 package of Coleslaw
1/2 Cantaloupe cut into cubes
1 Cucumber cut into cubes
1/4 cup Craisons
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
Coleslaw dressing
1/2 Cup Mayo (more can be added for your liking)
1 tbs Vinegar
2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1/4 tsp Salt
Mix together coleslaw dressing, then mix in with 1 package of coleslaw. Toss in remaining ingredients.
