New Canvas Art + A Giveaway!!!
Hey there! I have something special to share with you today.
Canvas Factory is giving away a canvas to one lucky reader of The Wicker House!
When Canvas Factory reached out to me asking if I would like to host a giveaway for one of their canvases I immediately thought of you and how much I'd love for you to win. I appreciate my readers here and want to give back to you anyway I can.
Canvas Factory also provided me with a photo canvas to review. Right away I knew exactly what picture I wanted to have placed onto a canvas.
I took this photo of a wall filled with boat buoys at the same time as on a ride to the coast of Northern California/Southern Oregon. This series of buoys was on a constructing outside of our seashore condo. As you understand, I'm a sucker for all things nautical and so this website online became some thing that virtually made me giddy. This photograph that I captured has always been a favourite of mine.
I've constantly recognized that I wanted to get this pix enlarged and framed, but to clearly see it at the canvas, it's perfect!
When my new canvas arrived I was blown away with the quality of it. I have other canvases and this one is my favorite. It's a lot thicker than my others and I really like the way the picture is wrapped around the sides of the canvas. The canvas has a nice backing to it with hardware to hang it by. If you are looking to get an image printed on canvas then I highly recommend using Canvas Factory. Head on over to their website to learn more:

I've hung my new canvas on the wall in our living area and then I had fun creating this nautical display around it. I added my DIY picture ledge below the canvas and filled it with shells and candles. And then I brought in my own collection of boat buoys and hung them on a large green hook. The wood oars and coordinating pillows tie the whole look together.
Do you've got a favorite image that you'd want to see enlarged in your own wall?
