These Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Puffs are on repeat at our house. They are super easy to make and taste great. Sausage, egg, and cheese baked in puff pastry. I mean, what's not to like?!?!? They make a great grab-and-go breakfast, but they are equally delicious for lunch and dinner. They would also be good for office potlucks, baby showers, and tailgating! Dip the puffs in some sausage gravy and prepare to be WOWed!How to Make Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pastry Puffs
These Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Puffs are super easy to make. There are only 4 ingredients and they only take a couple of minutes to assemble. Start with scrambling some eggs. Next, cut the puff pastry into squares. Top the squares with the scrambled eggs, an uncooked sausage link, and cheese. Pull the puff pastry corners to the middle. Finally, brush with an egg wash and bake. Garnish the cooked pastry puffs with some dried parsley for color, if desired.Please note that there is no need to precook the sausage links. They will cook with the puff pastry and be perfect. I used breakfast pork sausage links. Feel free to use turkey sausage links if you prefer. You can also swap the eggs for Egg Beaters or scrambled egg whites.

You can assemble these Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Puffs and freeze for a quick meal later. I suggest leaving the egg wash off and adding it right before baking.
