Great lights!
I found this light fixture from Mixco through my pals at Treehugger today, and it may just be the thing that re-engages me in my blog. Thanks Treehugger and thanks Mixco.
I've been having a difficult time forging some kind of connection between what I do for a living and what I trust is the deeply flawed vision of my profession. I am bombarded each day with enterprise generated tripe about what is new and what's higher and what's disposable and what's proper now. Keeping an eye fixed on design trends is essential as a way to make higher selections, however I cannot get away the feeling that there's a growing sentiment that design is transient and disposable. "Temporary" and "disposable" are awful words and I am actively looking to purge them from my working vocabulary. In my thoughts, architects, designers and developers want to be a vanguard in the quest for sustainable materials and practices and it is up to us to reveal people what is proper for them in approaches which are appealing and a laugh.
To that give up, this new pendant mild from Mixco does everything I inform my clients: if you cannot disguise something which you can't trade, draw attention to it and feature it be your idea inside the first area.
The form of a compact fluorescent light bulb has always troubled me and I've usually tried to hide them. Well, thanks to Mixco I don't have to hide any further. Hah!
