Rounding up the blogs
Kelly Morriseau, kitchen designer to the stars, writes a weblog I study religiously referred to as Kitchen Sync. She's a girl of vision and talent and her topics always provide me masses to consider. I recognize her opinion and when she posted a listing of predictions for 2009 and beyond, I paid interest. Read Kelly's predictions article on Kitchen Sync right here. Laurie Burke's blog, Kitchen Design Notes, is every other supply of concept and records for me. Last week, she ran a bit on a few revised regulations concerning lead in paint. Renovators everywhere want to take notice. Earlier the same week, Laurie ran a chunk on Codding Cottage, an LEED Platinum-licensed house in Sarasota Florida. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and a Platinum certification is as high a score as there may be. I have not been all the way down to see it yet, terrible me, but it's miles on my listing for the subsequent week or so. I promise to send you pictures Laurie!
