Cranberry Salsa
Years ago a friend gave me this recipe for Cranberry Salsa, and I loved it so much that I make it every year. And after you give it a try, you're going to want to make it every Christmas too.
Obviously this recipe isn't just for Christmas, however I like to make it whilst the cranberries are in season. I made a few up for Thanksgiving and I added it to my turkey sandwich, which became to die for.
I might also in no way have every other turkey sandwich once more with out this salsa.
Cranberry Salsa

2 tart green apples, diced
1 (12 ounces) bag of fresh cranberries
1 (12 ounces) bag of frozen raspberries
half Cup of sugar
1/2 Cup orange marmalade
2 tsp. Lemon juice
Place apples in food processor, pulse approximately 10 times, transfer to huge bowl.
Place cranberries and raspberries in meals processor, pulse about 10 instances, upload to massive bowl. In huge bowl add in sugar, marmalade, and lemon juice.
Mix all elements collectively.
Can be served immediately.
Serve with chips, crackers, or pita bread,
We suppose it taste satisfactory on Triscuits.
